Hybrid Lash Extensions
Combination of two techniques: Volume and Individual lash extensions. Taking the best bits from both treatments, Hybrid Lashes will give you volume and length, resulting in a wispy, textured lash extension look.

Volume Lash Extensions
Multiple lash extensions are fanned creating beautiful little bouquets which are applied to one natural lash. Volume eyelash extensions allow for a great level of customization to achieve the desired look. This technique will give you a fuller and fluffier lash line

Mega Volume Lashes 
Lighter than a feather, lusciously fluffy and fairy floss soft, Mega Volume uses larger volume fans and finer lashes to create maximum lash density. 

















REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on any lash or skin services. You are paying for the artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with an exceptional service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a lash service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary touch up / fill if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours from your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

BOOKING WITH ME ONLINE

Square will require a card to hold your appointment.

• This is not your deposit. Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED. It holds your card info so it can be charged a cancellation fee if necessary. I will also not do any booking for you - please schedule all fills online through my booking website.

2 DAY RETENTION RULE

We guarantee the satisfactions of our clients and to our services provided. If you have any concerns with the services you received please let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer you.

Please note that this does not bump out your 3 week rule and is treated as a free touch up.

FILL POLICY

It is required that you have at least 50% of your lashes in order to be considered a “fill”. If you book a fill and show up with less than that, there will be an up-charge of $30 added to the initial fill price. This does not mean you get more fill time. If you are missing too many, you will be charged for a full set.

Helpful Hints:

• If it looks like you need a fill then you have waited too long ;) Lashes should look good all of the time! Just less full.

• If you are missing more than 50% on only one eye you are still considered to be falling under the 50% Fill Rule.

• Be careful about very outgrown lashes - these are removed at every fill and do not count as happy lashes that get to a part of the 50% team

• Come with CLEAN LASHES

3 WEEK FILL

No fills may be booked over 3 weeks from their prior lash service. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you schedule ONE DAY over your 3 weeks, I will cancel your appointment and kindly ask you to rebook for a Full Set. No matter how much I love you! I promise you that if I allowed that it will turn into a runaway train. Please pay attention to rescheduled fills as they may bump future fills out of this window.

MINI FILLS

These fills are available by REQUEST ONLY. Mini fills are valid 7 days from your last appointment or when other special circumstances arise by my approval. Your next fill will still need to be fall in between 3 weeks from your prior fill. Touch up fills do not extend this time frame. They are an additional service that only fills in small gaps and imperfections. There is no removal of grown out extensions. If you came back over 3 weeks, despite being slightly filled in, there would be far too many grown out extensions to remove and replace and you would need a new set. 

LATE ARRIVALS

Hey I get it. Traffic, unexpected hurdles , life happens. If you know you will be late just inform me! send me quick text or phone call. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. This includes showing up at 15 minutes over and then still needing to wash your lashes. I need to have you laying down ready to go no later than 15 minutes into your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES + RESCHEDULING

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Text and email reminders are sent out 2 days before your appointment. I understand that sickness and emergencies come up but I cannot allow any exceptions. Don’t come sick!! If appointments are missed or cancelled late, then 50% of service payment is required and will be charged. If you need to change your service to a different one, such as a removal, I require 24 hours notice or you will still be charged for your existing appointment! If you buy 2 hours of my time you have to pay for 2 hours :)  Appointments not confirmed within 24 hours will be cancelled and fee will be charged. 

NO SHOWS

Life happens, please reschedule no later than 24 hours. If an appointment is cancelled or no show after 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $75 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.

CREDIT CARDS

Square will require a card to hold your appointment. This is not your deposit. Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED. It holds your card info so it can be charged a cancellation fee if necessary. By agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize Lash & Glow LV to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy.
